We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Spanglish Translator Chrome Extension ("Extension") and its backend service ("Service") for your personal or internal business purposes.

The free tier is subject to daily translation quota limits. Attempting to bypass these limits through automated abuse, IP rotation, or fake API key generation will result in a permanent ban from our translation servers.
Spanglish Translator Pro offers unlimited or expanded usage limits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing as specified at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our portal or your Stripe billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past periods.
If you upgrade to Spanglish Translator Pro and are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@spanglishtranslator.app. Refunds are only applicable to the first billing cycle.
The Service translates text using third-party artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, translations may occasionally be incorrect, offensive, or strip context.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall Spanglish Translator or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle the text you translate and your account data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the most current version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
